Iowa State Bank now offers the fraud-alerting mobile app SHAZAM BOLT$ to our debit card customers.The latest enhancement kicks fraud safety up a notch by allowing cardholders to block and unblock their debit card with the easy tap of a button, halting fraud attempts more quickly.

Here’s how Transaction Control works

When a debit card is lost or stolen, the cardholder can immediately block their account within the app. If a cardholder misplaces their card or leaves it behind at a restaurant, they can pause their own account until the card is found, then they can turn it back on. In these situations, the cardholder can temporarily block then unblock their debit card, rather than cancel it.

This app also allows cardholders to:

• Check Balances
• Locate Shazam ATMs

•Get Fraud Alerts on:

• Purchases exceeding your defined amounts
• Phone or Internet purchases
• Suspicious or high-risk transactions
